Total Maintenance, Inc. (TMI), a family-owned leader in Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Appliance Repair, is seeking an outgoing and professional Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage commercial service agreements for HVAC systems and temperature controls.
- Build lasting relationships with building owners and facility managers.
- Generate leads, schedule onsite appointments, and cultivate new business through cold calls. Have great resources available for lead generation and target opportunities.
- Drive sales of commercial service contracts.
- Manage prospects through the entire sales cycle with a results-driven approach. This often involves navigating extended sales cycles, requiring patience, and persistence to close deals successfully.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, outgoing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Cold calling experience and a proven ability to build relationships.
- Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and strong organizational skills for managing contacts and calendars.
- Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, able to work independently, and consistent follow-up.
- Industry experience is not required-- training and support will be provided.
- CRM experience.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- College degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in B2B sales, especially in cold calling.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Type: Base Salary + Commission (Weekly Pay)
