What You’ll Do:

• Take inbound calls from a pipeline of interested consumers
• Guide clients through our sales process using a script
• Assess each client’s financial needs and introduce them to our debt solutions
• Document every step in Salesforce for seamless follow-ups

Who We’re Looking For: If you’re driven, dependable, and ready to build trust with clients fast, we want to hear from you! Here’s what makes a great fit:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience or strong customer interaction skills
• Familiarity with the financial industry (debt settlement, mortgages, etc.) preferred
• Strong computer skills and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
• Excellent communication, empathy, and judgment skills

Base - $20-$23 an hour + commissions

Average pay - $80,000 per year

Top Reps - $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
