Our firm is currently seeking an individual to join our team as an innovative Entry Level Customer Success Associate. We combine divergent skill sets and services to create integrated sales campaigns and compelling customer experiences. We know the importance of connecting brands with their audience, which is why we utilize our expertise and knowledge to help our clients plan their sales strategy and enter into new and existing markets. Entry Level Customer Success Associates are integral in delivering customer service, introducing products, and guaranteeing sales metrics for our clients by implementing entry-level communication and negotiation skills.

Our focus is on creating new customers and retaining the current consumer base through personal interactions. We have found success in adding a personal touch to the consumer experience. The Entry Level Customer Success Associate will be responsible for working directly with customers and representing our clients during sales transactions with the utmost professionalism. This person should be consumer-centric and possess impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.

Entry Level Customer Success Associate Job Responsibilities:

Completing new product and service sales using our POS system and personal outreach initiatives
Mastering all client product and service knowledge
Answering any consumer questions and representing the client according to all compliant guidelines
Recommending products and services according to consumer needs and wants
Recording results of sales interactions with consumers and bringing results back to clients
Attending daily team planning meetings and contributing individual ideas
Collaborate with other Entry Level Customer Success Associates to provide feedback to clients on how to better improve sales processes
Work closely with other customer relations and sales team members and trade best practices

Entry Level Customer Success Associate Qualities:

A High school diploma or equivalency minimum
A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
1-5 years of experience working in a customer service, retail, or sales environment
A love for learning and a want to go above and beyond the Entry Level Customer Success Associate role within the company
Ability to absorb and implement sales, marketing, outreach, compliance, and business practices through proper training and development
A team spirit and ability to work well with other Entry Level Customer Success Associate as well as solo
An innovative spirit and resilient attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
