Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present, promote, and sell services to customers
- Achieve sales targets and goals within the assigned territory
- Prepare sales contracts and negotiate terms with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a high level of energy
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable, especially Spanish language proficiency
- Experience using CRM software is a plus
- Prior experience in energy sales is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
