We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, analyzing client needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. *This role is to support an established book of business. While this is not a "hunter" role, business development and account growth is still an expectation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct warm calling efforts to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements.
- Monitor account performance, providing regular updates and reports on progress to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a strong track record of success in sales.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
- Experience in sales is highly desirable, along with familiarity in business development strategies.
- Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues alike.
