Job Description
Join Our Enthusiastic Team as Senior Educational Sales Representative!
Hey there, passionate go-getters and creative thinkers! Imagine a summer that's not just a season, but a journey of big ideas, inspiration, and community. That's exactly what Great Books Summer Program (GBSP) offers – an unforgettable academic experience that sparks young minds, held on prestigious campuses like Amherst College, Stanford University, the University of Oxford, and more. And online too. Our programs bring together students from every corner of the world, creating a global village of eager learners.
The Wall Street Journal has hailed GBSP as a "community of precocious thinkers," and we wear that badge with pride. Our mission is to dive into profound discussions through literature and philosophy, cultivating sharp critical thinking skills along the way. Now, here's where you come in!
You will craft unforgettable enrollment experiences. Armed with dynamic strategies, you'll charm prospective families in person, virtually, and over the phone. You're not just selling weeks at camp; you're building lasting connections and providing exceptional service.
Are you a force of nature with a track record of sales success? Do you thrive on achieving the extraordinary? Are you passionate about our mission to shape young minds? If so, you're the star we're seeking to join our dynamic team.
As a true data virtuoso, you'll analyze trends to supercharge enrollment efforts. You're not just meeting today's goals; you're always looking forward to build the pipeline for the future. A master communicator and relationship builder, you'll collaborate with our Marketing Team, identify new targets, cultivate school relationships, and lead engaging call and multimedia sales campaigns.
Your mission is clear: guide families from first inquiry to enrollment, creating a concierge-level experience. And build connections with educational consultants, camp consultants, teachers, school administrators, counselors, and others who recommend summer programs to families. With a blend of autonomy and teamwork, you're ready to enrich our vibrant culture and make an impact.
Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Bachelor's degree.
· A minimum of 3 years of success in sales or admissions.
· Radiating commitment to GBSP's educational mission.
· Your communication is a work of art, fostering connection and warmth.
· Energized by challenges, you're self-driven and results-oriented.
· Tech-savvy and data-powered, you're our strategic maestro.
· Flexibility and dedication – evenings, weekends, and travel are all part of your playbook during high season.
