Job Title: Dental Implant Sales Manager, USA

Full-time

$70,000 – $110,000 per year (base + commission and benefits)

SDS Swiss Dental Solutions USA is looking for a results-driven sales manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to actively seek out and engage customer prospects while running an established sales area within a defined territory and customer assignments.

SDS offers the world's best all-ceramic dental implant system and Swiss BioHealth® concept to general practitioners and specialists. SDS Swiss Dental Solutions USA is a subsidiary of SDS Swiss
Dental Solutions AG based in Switzerland. Our US HQ is in Plymouth, MA. Our goal is to increase market presence in the US and create a strong name for ourselves in the dental implant space.
To do so, we need a sales manager with a go-getting attitude to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities include but not limited to;

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Provide in-practice product support and training to Dentists and their teams

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and also existing customer leads via our customer journey portal

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction while working with our client support team

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and territory revenue growth.

Coordinate sales effort with sales team members and other client support departments in the
USA and in Europe

Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and provide regular status reports of trends and activity

Very open to continuously improve through feedback and apply into action.

Skills

Proven work experience as a dental sales representative, dental surgical assistant, and/or dental technician

Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales and customer satisfaction

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs including speaking in front of both small and large audiences

Relationship management skills and openness to constructive feedback

Can work independently under remote supervision and within a team.

Familiar with Apple and Microsoft products.

Ability to lead small teams during industry meetings.

Ideal candidate will/has;

Authorized to work in the US.

Graduated from high school and completed at least two years of college or a trade school

Has a background and at least 2 year’s experience in dental assisting or dental technician

*Currently resides in Eastern or Central United States*

Is familiar and comfortable with selling

Can successfully complete a criminal background check and pass drug screening as per state law

Can work overtime as needed

Has reliable mode of transportation and is comfortable with flying in a commercial airplane

Can present over Zoom/Teams/Facetime

Can travel for several nights at a time

Has experience building presentations and presenting to small and large audiences.

Can work independently with minimal supervision and within a team.

Is comfortable working on the telephone and also in person

Can adjust work priorities quickly to meet/exceed company goals and KPI’s

Is comfortable and can show experience working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,031.00 - $89,238.00 per year

License/Certification:

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Required)
