Majestic Water Spouts is seeking a career-focused and motivated individual to be the face of our organization by assisting with sales and customer service. This is not a call center or an extremely competitive sales position. A day in this position will include working with our customers via chat, email, phone and in person up to 80% of the day. The rest of the day will involve supporting management with office organization, handling customer service tasks, standard office functions, and taking on additional assignments as needed. As a quickly growing company, you will have the opportunity to grow and refine your skills, not just as a Customer Service/Sales Representative but into a well-rounded business person and a teammate. We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds, including those with prior knowledge or experience in the pool and landscape industry. Additionally, expertise in customer service, sales, office administration, or reception can bring valuable skills to the table. While we have a particular appreciation for individuals with a background in the pool and landscape industry, we understand it is an entry-level position, and are prepared to offer training to support your success in the role.

Located in Tempe, AZ, just off the 143, our central Tempe warehouse and sales office hosts all the fabrication equipment and technology necessary to fabricate almost anything metal in a professional yet friendly and fun work environment.

Nice to have

Experience working in production manufacturing environments
Experience with pools, landscaping, general construction, or other trades industries

Responsibilities

Engage with customers about our product lines and their features and assist with after sale customer service.
Assisting in office organization and management
Partner with management to improve customer service, product quality and design.
Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
Input orders per provided instructions and training daily.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.
Assist other departments around the business to learn and execute all necessary operations.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.68 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
