Job Description
Develop and manage the negotiation strategy and oversee key account relationships through a collaborative plan with the client; establishing effective and robust programs for category development, commercial dynamics, trade marketing and innovation to drive account growth and achieve defined objective. Strengthen and cultivate the relationship with the client through close commercial management and provide a level of service appropriate to the needs of the client. Ensure proactive monitoring and control over results, with constant measurement and data analysis that allow business decisions.The position requires knowledge of principles and processes for providing client services, including assessment of client needs, quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
The position requires knowledge of business and managerial principles such as: strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resource, Traveling when required, driving from store-to-store Expanding stores (Selling the Dream).
The position requires product knowledge, includes methods to display, promote and sell the right products for the client?s customer base and demographics.
