Job Overview
- Orchestrate day to day activities including, but limited to, quoting, reporting, backlog entry, daily sales edits, and project creation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by having regular site/office visits to stay proactive and informed in the market.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, lead generation, networking, and attending industry events.
- Ensure constant communication with operations, dispatch, and quality control teams to provide proper quality/service to customers.
- Become the subject matter expert for your customers by staying up to date on HM business training and education opportunities while educating customers of HM technological offerings.
- Share market insights with the Area Manager to adapt and refine approaches, ensuring RMC remains competitive.
- Build a strong safety culture & ensure compliance with all safety & environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of construction materials industry experience.
- 3 years of sales in Ready-Mix Concrete materials industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to Syracuse, NY
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
