Job Description

Job Responsibilities - Key Area of Responsibility

Vertical Market Expert

  • Deep understanding of and personal contact network within specified vertical market.


Account Planning

  • Develop account plan for all named accounts within specified vertical market.


Trade Organizations

  • Active participating member of vertical specific trade organization(s). To include becoming board member and/or joining committees.


Owning the Sales Process

  • Management of the sales process on targets within assigned vertical market from beginning to end. Including prospect development, delivering sales pitch, product demonstration, developing proposals and working with CFO on agreements.


Product Demonstration

  • Must be able to deliver a 30-minute demonstration of Corrigo Enterprise.


Prospecting

  • Locating and targeting prospects in assigned vertical market. Work closely with marketing and Business Development team to move new prospects into the funnel.

Winning New Business with New Logos

  • Bringing on new streams of Monthly Recurring Revenue in assigned vertical market and/or geographic territory.

Existing Clients

  • Work with Customer Success Team to satisfy and grow existing client base.


SFDC

  • Maintain Salesforce for funnel management daily.


Proficient in Software

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and other tools made available to drive results.


Travel

  • Ability to travel up to 30% as required to win new business


Other Duties

  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.


Work Space

  • Work from JLL office if appropriate. If not available, the Sr. Account Executive may work from home.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - MINIMUM REQUIRED

Education/training

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Years of relevant experience

  • 5 years direct software sales experience preferred. Experience in Commercial Real Estate, property management or facilities management a plus.

Special Skills

  • Must have excellent Communication skills (written and verbal), Sales skills, Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Salesforce.

Physical work requirements and work conditions

  • May work from home if a JLL office is not available.
