The Insurance Marketplace Agency in Rochester, NY is looking for a team oriented, quality person with a positive attitude to help us service our existing clients and sell new policies with great coverages as a Full-TimeLicensed Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager / Customer Service Representative. Salary: $55000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to educate & advise clients on the best policies and coverages for their unique needs.
• Use your professional skills to create insurance quotes, cross-sell, and round out accounts.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in servicing existing clients with coverage questions and policy changes.
• With your keen attention to detail, youll be taking payments, issuing insurance documentation, and assisting clients withother policy needs.

Requirements

• An Active New York Property & Casualty License required.
• 3+ Years of Commercial Lines Insurance Experience working with multiple carriers Required.
• Experience in quoting commercial lines with multiple carriers.
• A team player with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with the ability to quickly build rapport.
