As a rapidly growing leader in energy management solutions, we’re seeking a Junior Sales Representative with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for learning. No prior sales experience is needed—just an eagerness to develop your skills and become a cold-calling champion!

Responsibilities:
Cold Calling and Outreach : Reach out to potential clients to introduce them to Verdant’s energy management solutions.
Product Knowledge: Learn the ins and outs of our smart thermostat and energy management system.
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads under the guidance of senior sales reps.
Support Sales Team Initiatives: Assist with setting up product demos, presentations, and customer follow-ups.
Quote Preparation: Learn to create accurate quotes for customers based on their needs.
CRM Management: Keep customer information updated in the CRM system for seamless follow-ups.
Mentorship: Collaborate with experienced team members and take advantage of continuous mentorship opportunities.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years of inside B2B sales experience and account management experience selling over the phone or web
- Self-Starter that can creatively and consistently bring new business to the table without micromanagement
- Quick learning skills that allow you to excel with new markets, products and technology
- Business savvy and a sense of urgency to guide a prospect through a longer sales cycle
- Comfortable with analytics and spreadsheets
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills (this role primarily supports a U.S. based customers) Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
