Onewaytrailers has been the industry leader for 20 years in connecting trailer owners with motor carriers for the purpose of repositioning trailers. Our dynamic team works closely together to find qualified motor carriers to move and deliver our customers’ trailers safely.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients and has a passion for sales.

PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- In this position, you will manage current customers as well as cold calling to bring in new business.
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to take the ball and run with it! A “go-getter” who isn’t afraid of sales. There is a lot of time spent on the phone selling, building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Preferred experience with transportation / trucking industry, but not a deal killer
- Exceed customer on-time pick-up and delivery expectations
- Consistent and professional communications; effective, prompt and courteous communications with respect to difficult situations, relaying service failures, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills with driven results
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Experience with the Freight Broker industry preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Ability to leverage Excel and other MS programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
