Sales Operations Coordinator
Experience: Entry Level
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manages customer’s purchase orders
· Manage ongoing customer needs, analysis, and reports
· Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
· Performs routine follow up e-mails
· Provide customer services and support outside sales
· Complete shipping orders
· Requests product purchase when necessary
· Complete and maintain accurate monthly sales reports
· Works side by side with production to coordinate due dates
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
· Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
· Ability to collaborate across departments and work as a team member
· Bachelor/Associate degree
· On-site work
