Duties:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned area
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to drive revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
Skills:
- Proven experience in account management, outside sales, technology sales, or related field
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to effectively market and negotiate deals
- Business development skills to drive growth and expand market reach
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales activities
