This is a position for for a Service Advisor. Convicted people that absolutely love to serve and connect with others.
What you'll be doing:
- Connecting with and designing offers with clients that meet their wants and needs. This includes discovering the clients vision, making recommendations, and estimating the cost and materials of the insulation project.
- Overcoming objection by not using cringe or dated tatics.
- Following up and managing your pipeline effectively.
- Documenting important details of the project in a CRM to hand off to the production team.
Note: This job does not require any management of projects. You will be selling the service and a different team will fulfill it.
