Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology sales and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in French, are highly encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and services.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom sales or business development.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- A background in customer service is highly valued.
