Introduction:

Hospitality Technology Systems, Inc. (HTS) has been empowering restaurants and hospitality businesses throughout Southern California and across the U.S. with industry-leading Point of Sale (POS) systems. Hospitality Technology Systems, Inc. (HTS) is seeking a driven and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive sales growth. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for bringing new clients to the business, as well as managing a positive relationship with our current clientele. Inside Sales Representatives demo the products for potential clients, provide quotes, and stay up to date on the upcoming products to better serve our client base.


Position Overview:


  • Identify and pursue sales leads: Calling cold and warm leads in order to generate new clientele and increase sales.

  • Industry trends: Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to better understand client needs and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, with an ability to maintain professionalism in all situations.

  • Demo Product: Schedule demo opportunities, set up online web presentations and provide quotes to new customers.

  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent phone, email and oral communication skills.

  • CRM Systems: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client relationships using a CRM system.
  • Safety: Adhere to all Hospitality Technology Systems, Inc. (HTS) safety guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Inside Sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills over multiple mediums; in-person, phone, email, zoom, CRM, etc.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office, and a CRM system.
  • Organized and able to maximize job productivity with strong time management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 40-hour work weeks.
