Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge and Analysis:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of retail banking product offerings.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather and document business requirements related to retail banking products and services.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and prioritize requirements.
Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting and Analysis:
- Drive the requirements for BI reporting initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with data analysts and BI teams to develop insightful dashboards and reports that aid in decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BI solutions and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the retail banking sector.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, services, and the processes involved.
- Experience with BI tools and reporting initiatives; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business analysis tools.
