We are in the midst of a huge record sales year, and we have more leads and work than we can keep up with! We need to add driven, high energy Project sales managers in the Mentor and East Cleveland markets.

Current Project Sales Managers are making $7,500+ each month, in addition to contests for cash, company dinners, fuel perks, etc.

We are an in a recession proof industry.

Don’t have experience working with insurance and or construction? No problem!! We are looking for people with an apt for learning, a keen ability to persuade and a drive to be at the top of their game every day. We will provide you with all the training and tools you need to find success!

We are one of the leading local companies that specialize in helping residential property owners with exterior renovations including after storm and catastrophic events. We are fun to work with and believe in supporting our Sales Associates with the right tools and training to quickly become successful independent sales producers.

Many property owners have no idea when they are eligible for insurance proceeds to restore their property.

We need motivated self-reliant sales professionals to help get the word out to them and set up complimentary inspections to see if how we can help restore their home.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Acquiring new accounts using a combination of leads, referrals, and word-of-mouth.
  • Setting up complimentary property inspections to determine insurance claim qualification.
  • Setting up retail lead appointments to meet with customers and scope out their project needs.
  • Meeting with insurance adjusters on properties to get agreed scope of work and ascertaining size of claim.
  • Travel in areas that were recently affected by storms in your area locally and on occasion throughout the region
  • Our Sales Professional earn great incomes helping property owners qualify for insurance proceeds and really enjoy helping their communities rebuild!

What You Need for this Position:

  • Past sales experience is a PLUS
  • Enjoy meeting and helping new people
  • Great attitude and high level of energy
  • Work your own hours/work your own schedule
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Must have your own vehicle
  • - Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques or willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve on-site
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously- Oversee projects from start to finish

Duties:
- Coordinate with upper management to schedule subcontractors and vendors
- Review project plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
