Job Description

Excellent opportunity in Gurnee for a sales hunter with good Inside Industrial Sales experience. Growing company with well-established customer base and consistent flow of leads to be followed up on. Seeking someone who is a self-starter and is motivated for success.

The ideal candidate would be mechanically inclined and looking for a long-term sales career with a stable and growing company.

Job Duties:

Build and maintain customer loyalty by developing strong relationships and providing prompt friendly service (frequent In-bound and Out-bound calls)
Receiving customer questions, specifications and responding with the appropriate answers and quotations in a timely manner.
Maintaining responses in CRM System
Following up on status of potential orders
Provide back-up support for Order Entry team

Requirements:

Experience in Inside or Outside Sales and a Technical background is required (Fluid power experience is a plus!)
Must have a demonstrated ability to maintain a positive disposition
Organized with detailed record keeping and strong time management skills
Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve all related goals
Knowledge of PC Based software programs (MS Office Suite) and CRM experience
