Summary of Position:
The position is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing an enterprise customer base. The Senior Account Executive is expected to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of the customer base. This position requires that you find opportunities and turn them into long term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
  • Work with Manufacturer Partners to build account sales strategies
  • Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship
  • Submit regular sales forecast reports
  • Provide pre & post-sales support for Denali Teams, Manufacturer Partners and Customers
  • Ability as Account Manager to lead technical teams and technical projects
  • Manage and develop IT portfolio based sales strategies for enterprise customers
  • Work with Manufacturer Partners to build account sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales quota
  • Develop strong relationship skills capable of successfully spanning all levels of an enterprise organization
  • Ability as Account Manager to lead technical teams and technical projects
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Enterprise level Customer Account Manager

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree 5+ Years of Experience

Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage and develop an IT portfolio based on sales strategy for enterprise customers
  • Ability to consistently achieve forecasted revenue targets. (i.e. achieving consistent forecast accuracy)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Develop strong relationship skills capable of successfully spanning all levels of an enterprise organization.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • A business acumen
  • Must have strong relationship skills capable of successfully spanning all levels of an enterprise organization
  • Proficiency with numbers, budget and time management
