Thrive Health Care Services is seeking an experienced account executive to fill the role of Marketing Liaison to develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community to promote Thrive Health Care services and help expand our Medicaid/Medicare home health business in the Northern Virginia territory. We need a results-driven, highly motivated individual who can develop and build strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long-term care, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources.
- Conducting market analysis; and developing sales strategy, goals, and plans.
- Conducting sales calls and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
- Supporting business development activities and helping to establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth areas
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
Experience:
- At least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare.
- Formal sales training.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
- Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills are critical.
- Excellent communications skills
- Spanish fluency is a plus

Pay: $44,253.65 - $51,294.71 per year
