NOW HIRING FOR A SALES REPRESENTATIVE!!

*WORKING FOR A LINENS STORE/WAREHOUSE COMPANY IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA*

COMPANY LOCATION: LOS ANGELES (OFF N MISSION RD & E. CESAR E. CHAVEZ AVE)

SHIFT HOURS: 8:00AM-4:30PM (MUST BE OPEN TO OVERTIME & SATURDAYS)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be a “Problem Solver”
• Coordinate with our Customer Experience Coordinator on order status.
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to monitor daily operations and safety standards.
• Evaluates internal constraints and develop proposals/solutions to maintain efficient flow of product.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly productivity goals and quality standards.
• Devise new processes, or refine exiting ones, to optimize our operations.
• Analyze demand to identify bottlenecks and recommend actions.
• Works in conjunction with purchasing and sales department to ensure required fabric inventory levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• ONCE FULLY TRAINED YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME

REQUIREMENTS

• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
• Excellent Computer and IT Skills
• Willingness to work hands-on with a bi-lingual team
• Strong organization and attention to details
• No specific required experience
• Prior related-Industry experience welcomed

COMPENSATION

• $30 to $35 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
• Quarterly Performance Bonus & Commission
• Paid Vacation
• Annual Performance Review

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
