Directly Reports to: Direct Sales Manager

Classification: Non-Exempt

As a member of the Bundschu Company’s growing DTC Team, the Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for executing outbound calling sales campaigns, while also building rapport with our customers, ensuring daily interactions with customers reflect the vision of the winery, family and brands. This is the perfect position for an outgoing, self-motivated individual with superior phone communication and computer skills, who can work independently and manage their schedule efficiently to meet individual and team sales goals. Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Participate as a member of the Bundschu Company Outbound Sales Team to achieve both individual and team goals, while maintaining excellent customer service to all customers
  • Execute independent outbound calling sales campaigns to both club members and other past buyers
  • Manage personal schedule and use of time efficiently in order to meet call quotas
  • Process sales secured through outbound campaigns, and communicate any special needs to shipping manager
  • Process retail and Wine Club phone/email /ecommerce orders as needed
  • Responsible for responding to customer emails and phone messages in a timely basis in accordance with company policy.
  • All other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience required (outbound calling experience preferred)
  • Positive attitude, service-driven, and enthusiasm for providing a world-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Warm and highly polished communication skills (verbal and written), both internally and externally.
  • Dependable self-starter with a keen attention to detail. Internally driven and motivated; ambitious and hard-working.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and brands.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Always thinking a step ahead.
  • Superior knowledge of our wines and experience offerings for the winery and the surrounding area.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and database experience
  • Knowledge of AMS a plus.
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
  • Position requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 50 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion
Compensation:
  • Hourly wage plus competitive sales incentive structure
