Job Description

General Description: Assist Sales Executive and Account Manager in service and retention of Commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides internal assistance to 2-4 Commercial Lines Account Managers.
  • Processes client policies, endorsements, audits, cancelations, and restatements.
  • Review commercial lines insurance policies to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintains accurate information in agency management systems.
  • Requests information from insurance carriers such as loss runs and endorsement changes.
  • Processes renewal certificates and insurance holder updates.
  • Assists in preparation of summary of insurance documents and finance agreements, as needed.
  • Assists Account Manager in preparing documents for client renewals.
  • Assists in invoicing clients, including complex client invoicing.
  • Assists Account Management team in delivering client service and meeting client retention goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Entry-level position; college degree preferred
  • Must be willing to earn Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Detail-oriented and prioritizes accuracy
  • Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Resourceful, eager to learn new concepts and further professional development
  • Open to feedback and coaching

Salary Range: $50,000- $70,000

This is a bonus-eligible position with a target incentive of 5%
