TITLE: Customer Service Sales Representative

LOCATION: on site, Tukwila

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: direct hire

SHIFT: 9am-5pm M-F

PAY RANGE: $19/hr. + commission

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative for an E-Bike company based out of Tukwila. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales or customer service experience who is passionate about bikes or the outdoors.

· Liaising with the Customers and Prospects

· Implementation and optimization of Customer Care Automation tools

· Providing feedback and input into Marketing initiatives based on the information

· received from the Customers

· Answering pre-purchase ticket inquiries via phone & email, along with providing post

· purchase assistance regarding filing claims, or general Q&A’s

· Help potential customers determine which model would best suit their needs

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in cycling or bicycle sales.

· A service-oriented mindset with a goal to provide positive customer experiences.

· Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

· environment.

· Familiarity with the cycling industry and ebike technology
