What You’ll Do:
- Engage with Leads: Utilize your communication skills and enthusiasm to quickly build rapport with sellers.
- Identify Needs: Understand how we can help and tailor solutions to fit each seller’s unique situation.
- Analyze Properties: Assess property values and potential.
- Negotiate Effectively: Secure the best possible price and close deals confidently.
- Drive Success: Focus on getting contracts and contributing to our growth.
- Collaborate with the Team: Share insights and strategies with colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to homeowners looking to sell and secure contracts.
- Learn and understand key real estate terms, values, contracts, and repairs.
- Manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.
- Collaborate as a team player to support overall success.
- Stay motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Show initiative in all tasks while maintaining a positive mindset.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (Required)
