Job Description

Director of Sales and Business Development

As the Director of eCommerce Business Development at Tulfa, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new e-commerce clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored 3D content solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for effectively communicating our services' benefits and return on investment (ROI) to potential clients and converting leads into paying clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking team and drive business growth in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify Potential Clients:

  • Research and identify potential clients in various industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through initiative-taking outreach, networking, and market research.

Understand Client Needs:

  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand potential clients' specific challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized 3D, AR, and e-commerce solutions.

Present Tailored CGI, 3D, AR Solutions:

  • Create compelling and tailored proposals and presentations highlighting how Tulfa's services can address client needs.
  • Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value of our solutions.

Effectively Communicate Benefits and ROI:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of product content trends, strategies, ad campaigns, sales funnel technology, and industry best practices.
  • Effectively communicate how our services will deliver a positive ROI for clients.

Convert Leads into Paying Clients:

  • Develop and nurture client relationships, building trust and credibility.
  • Negotiate terms of contracts, ensuring a win-win for both the client and Tulfa.
  • Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • You Must Have an Existing Pipeline of Potential and Imminent Business!
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven business development and sales history, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and digital marketing agency experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, sales funnel technologies, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Initiative-taking, purposeful, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • A passion for staying at the forefront of industry trends and advancements.
