Corpus Christi, TX 78380
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/yr. + (targeting $130 - 150,000/yr. in 1st year commissions)

Overview
Our client is an environmental service provider specializing in liquid technology and thermal vapor control for the removal of hazardous air pollutants. The goal of the Salesperson is to help develop new accounts and manage existing accounts within the refinery and petrochemical industries. This individual must be a self-starter while working in a fast-paced environment.
The Preferred Candidate will be familiar with turnarounds and similar projects at refineries and large chemical plants. They will understand the various groups that need to be contacted and networked in the facilities. This candidate will also be familiar with BWON, NESHAPS, & MACT Regulations. Similar work experience is relevant.
Responsibilities
- This is a combined hunter and farmer sales position, while cultivating and driving account / territory growth through new business prospects & existing customers
- Builds relationships with current customers while growing the revenue and profits through penetration of existing accounts.
- Develop new business through leads, industry associations, existing customers, and trade shows
- Sell in a highly consultative manner, with ability to articulate the technical product knowledge & service benefits of the company value-proposition and benefits of working with our client.
- Can make presentations to key account customers and prospects through meetings and lunch & learns
- Develops account and territory specific strategic plans and execute against those plans
- Monitor, report sales performance against KPI's, goals and approved performance metrics in Salesforce.
- Customer interaction that includes the entire sales cycle from prospecting, maintenance, proposals, contracts, price increases, and MSA renewals
- Ability to manage an assigned revenue budget and forecast business at specific intervals
- Ability to manage Quotes, RFP's, and MSA's
Qualifications / Experience
- Self-leading, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Background in long sales processes with refineries or similar large plants preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce
- Experience in managing a territory while demonstrating a proven track record of sales success achieving or exceeding aggressive growth targets and sales quotas
- Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, analyze and process diverse data and information
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with management, team members and clients to achieve project goals and objectives with competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and active listening are essential.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues, and recommend solutions
- Be resourceful, creative, self-motivated, and strong work ethic
- Experience in managing multiple accounts, or the equivalent in related work experience

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical Industry
- Bachelors degree is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft office programs
- TWIC Card is required / either have one or be able to apply for one
- Clean Background & Driving Record
