Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has excellent communication skills. This is a commission only position with lots of opprotunity to learn and earn six figures+ a year!

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals

- Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Experience:

- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role

- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to generate leads and close sales

- Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and discounts

- Familiarity with sales support tools such as CRM software

- Over the phone sales experience is a plus

- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus

- Previous experience in sales management or inventory control is desirable

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Independant Contractor (commision only)

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets

- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
