Job Description

Business Development Manager Job Summary:

We are looking for a high performing Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

(Office is located in Glendale, AZ)

You will be responsible for managing existing clients as well as building new business in your territory, maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and partnering with Regional Director. You will also be responsible for hiring, coaching, disciplining and terminating employees as needed.

Base Salary is $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) plus commission (uncapped! and paid weekly!), and mileage/cell phone allowance.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales.

· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

· Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives for branches.

· Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with then and understanding their needs

· Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to Regional Director.

Skills:

· Strong Leadership Skills are a MUST

· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

· Proven ability to prospect, call on and close the sales process.

· Strong business sense, local market knowledge, and industry expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • B2B: 2 years (Required)
  • Staffing Industry Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
