Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and independent Business to Business Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with builders, individuals, and commercial developers to generate a consistent pipeline of opportunities. While you will be working remotely, you will also have the opportunity to visit job sites and meet with clients in person to understand their specific insulation needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company that values innovation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with builders, developers, and individuals to showcase our insulation products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insulation solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently prospecting and following up on leads.
  • Work independently and efficiently, managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks to achieve success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the construction or insulation industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present products and services to clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, without the need for constant supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites and meet with clients in person as needed.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
