Outside Sales Professional
Growing Roofing Contractor in Connecticut is hiring dynamic Sales Professionals.
We are looking for highly motivated people that care about a positive workplace environment – teamwork/integrity/honesty/quality. An excellent compensation program that would pay $50K-$200K

- Must be comfortable traveling 1-hour plus to and from appointments (sometimes more).
- Must have a proven success record in in-house sales and working with others.
- Must be energetic, social, and have great people skills.
- Must be a Fire Starter, with a great attitude.
- Excellent negotiating skills and strong closing skills
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Moderate computer proficiency, Input all aspects of the sales process into the company CRM.
- Effectively communicate with customers, management, office staff, and field personnel regarding all aspects of the sales process.
- Input all aspects of the sales process into the company CRM.
- Ability to climb on roofs
- References, clean background check

Job Responsibilities
- Pursue roofing and home improvement leads through the closing of the sale.
- Write proposals & contracts for company provided services.
- Close sales and obtain referrals from satisfied & happy customers.
- Have fun while having a positive financial impact on your family by helping our customers with their roofing and home improvement needs
- .Attend company meetings and training's as well as participate and promote the company culture and core values.
- Communicate with vendors and sub-contractors
- Payment collection
