Job Description

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service Advertising Agency right on the beach in Huntington Beach, CA, is looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our General Accounts team!

The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day stewardship in managing integrated advertising and ensures that the agency delivers quality work on time and on budget. The successful candidate should possess good client contact skills including, but not limited to, understanding the business problem or objective and be able to work with the internal team towards a solution, conducting minor presentations, trouble-shooting problems and thinking on their feet.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the client on a daily basis to manage requests, identify needs, manage expectations and secure approvals on content in a timely manner
  • Brief creative teams in on project requests for small and large-scale campaigns to ensure success
  • Status updates, legal/business affairs routing, contact reports, and meeting coordination
  • Initiate projects derived from media plan, client business needs, and creative ideas
  • Work with strategy, media, social, creative and/or production team members to brief internal creative and production teams
  • Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary
  • Present and communicate progress and outcome of projects to clients and determine best next steps
  • Open up job workflows with Project Management to ensure timely delivery of requests and achieving project milestones
  • Coordinating meetings including remote/virtual, onsite, and offsite

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of Account Management experience or Client experience
  • Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
  • Technical Knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in MS software-Word, Power Point, Excel, and Google Docs
  • Healthcare marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to manage a large number of projects at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Expected to be in office a minimum of two days a week (subject to change)
  • Must be able to meet with clients in person on an as-needed basis.

The salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000. Pay is dependent uponseveralfactorsincluding but not limited to: client,experience, training and/or transferable skills.
