[HYBRID] Sales Development Manager Description
Our client, a high-growth e-commerce company transforming the office-based healthcare supply industry, is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join their expanding team and new office in Austin, TX. In this role, you will oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth. You’ll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and continuously coaching the team, ensuring they have the skills and tools needed to succeed. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts. [HYBRID] Sales Development Manager Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing SDR team
- Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies
- Monitor and coach team performance based on key metrics
- Conduct live call coaching, one-on-ones, and group training sessions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead alignment
- Optimize scripts and processes for personalized outreach
- Drive team towards meeting call targets and setting high-quality meetings
- Lead SDR hiring classes 3x per year to support growth
[HYBRID] Sales Development Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales development or business development experience required
- 1+ years of managerial or leadership experience required
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading successful teams
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment required
- CRM (Salesforce preferred) experience required
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making required
