Description
This Land Development Coordinator Position Features:
Perks:
Salary: $60-80k
Benefits – 90% employer paid (medical, dental, vision)
2 weeks vacation
6 paid sick days
Gym on site (will need to pay, but it is only $169 for the year)
Responsibilities:
Assist with filing and submitting applications for various needs (Zoning, Land Severance, Plans, etc.)
Prepare all documentation and submit to Project Manager for approval.
Organize & maintain all records in database.
Follow applications through to approval, making changes as necessary/recommended.
Review & monitor changes to municipal polices in relation to land development.
Support project managers with various tasks, including budget review / cost estimation, coordination with stakeholders, etc.
Coordinate with Municipalities, Consultants, and other governing agency’s on various projects.
Attend site visits as required.
Experience/Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in a similar role, construction, real estate development industry experience required.
Background with planning/ engineering
Experience with Smart Sheets, MS office suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project
Driver’s license & access to vehicle
Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
