As a Senior Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth for the organization within the Talentek enterprise segment.

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and target companies in the US seeking nearshore or offshore talent solutions.
  • Sales: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Brand Positioning: Represent Talentek professionally in all interactions, positioning us as the premier global talent provider.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company's presence and reach.
  • Travel: Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and build relationships.

Minimum requirements:

  • Studies: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience selling Nearshore - Offshore hiring services or similar industries. experience in BPO industries is also a plus.
  • Language: English, C1+, C2, Native.

Perks:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time).
  • Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits:
    • Health, dental and vision insurance per the Insperity plan options.
    • 401(k) Match (100% match on all your contributions each year up to a maximum of 2% of your annual income).
    • 2 weeks of vacation time after the first year of employment.
    • Personal time off as needed up to 10 days per year.
  • Place: Remote (USA).
  • Compensation: Salary + Commissions.
