Job Title: Furniture Sales Representative
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $10 - $18/hour (including commission)
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time (Varying Hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to determine their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on furniture styles, materials, and functions.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and current promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with showroom presentation and restocking as needed.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Must have prior furniture sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
