Job Description

Bright Star Auctions is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within our target market. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close sales for our equipment liquidation and consignment auction services.

Founded by seasoned auctioneer Loren Beachy and equipment specialist Eugene Hochstetler, the company is dedicated to providing stress-free auction experiences for clients across the globe. With a commitment to integrity, respect, and going the extra mile, Bright Star Auctions has grown to a team of 40 members since its establishment in Middlebury, Indiana.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new leads and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
  • Directly communicate with prospects through outbound calls to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close sales.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and uses to effectively demonstrate value to potential customers.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
