Account Manager
Cubework offers flexible, on- demand warehouse and storage space that is responsive and productive for today’s modern workforce. We are looking for a high-performing Account Representative, to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships with clients and help grow our business.
We offer Industrial warehousing, commercial parking, self- storage, office space, hot desk, and event space bookings. Our network of spaces enables businesses to operate anywhere, without the need for set- up cost of capital investments. Responsibilities
- Manage assigned sales accounts, territory, or market segment by targeting sales calls and promoting the brand to customers and members.
- Manages sales accounts by analyzing needs, creating strategies, and measuring client and member responses.
- Secures Sales opportunities through direct contact, e-mail and telephone. Prospects business development by soliciting favorable contacts with potential new accounts.
- Retains existing accounts by researching and resolving customer problems. Conducts follow-up calls to identify future business needs. Solicits feedback, identifies issues and recommends enhancements to products or services.
- Ensures client and member satisfaction by facilitating positive, long-term relationships.
- Develops and supports sales presentations and events.
- Meets sales accountability requirements by preparing reports on sales results, market conditions and key account metrics.
- Responsible for budget management and revenue and promotional reporting.
- Be the main point of contact of assigned customers
- Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork with our Sales administration team
- Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction
- Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
- Approach prospective clients through cold-calling, email etc. to meet sales targets
- Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
- Upselling or cross-selling products and services and approaching new customers
- Collaborating with account managers and submitting reports to upper management
Qualifications Experience
- Minimum 2 years related experience in Sales, Real estate or the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Hotel Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses knowledge of assigned accounts and market segment.
- A successful track record of sales success and team development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
