Sales Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on sales of water infrastructure and related products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and establishing strong business relationships with clients in the water and wastewater sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the water infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase solution-based products and their benefits.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and increase sales profitability.
- Provide accurate price quotations and develop tailored customer value plans.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a customer-focused approach throughout.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in water systems or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of water infrastructure, including welded steel pipe, reinforced concrete pipe, and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
