Edwards Supply is a leading electrical supply distributor located in Oak Ridge, TN since 1993, serving customers locally and nationwide. We are dedicated to providing top-quality electrical supplies and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Counter SalesAssociate.

Job Responsibilities:

Counter Sales:

Prepare and provide customer price quotes
Input customer sales and purchase orders accurately
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with customers
Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups between customers and warehouse
Assist outside sales representative
Order non-stock items as needed
Handle merchandise returns as needed
Assist customers and warehouse as needed in pulling orders

Qualifications/Skills:

Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work and collaborate with various departments both internally and externally
Relevant experience in sales or the electrical industry is a plus
Technical school degree or electrical knowledge is also a plus but not required

Knowledge/Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with AltiSuite (preferred but not required)
