We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for contacting new leads and reconnecting with past clients to promote our coaching and consulting services. This position offers a blend of competitive compensation through commissions and base salary, with ample opportunities for growth within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling and email outreach.
- Follow up with past clients to renew relationships and promote new events.
- Present our coaching and consulting solutions persuasively to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and industry trends.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.

- Identify New Opportunities: Actively seek out innovative ways to expand our service offerings or reach new markets, demonstrating entrepreneurial initiative within the company.
