Expond is seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. We're looking for a dynamic individual with a solid background in sales and ideally has experience in the High-end Hotel and Resort industry.
The Field Sales Representative must have a reliable vehicle, enjoy meeting clients in person and on the phone, and live in or near Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently.

Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Calling on High-end Hotels and Resorts to discuss the benefits of utilizing Expond services and how Expond can assist them.
- Account Management and growing each Hotel or Resort's Wellness Programs.
- Conduct outreach via cold calling, in-person visits, and email to schedule meetings
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and manage client relationships
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet/exceed targets
- Train and support Expond Service Providers to improve conversion rates
- Manage assigned territory, balancing field visits with virtual meetings
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
- Negotiate contracts and assist with client onboarding
Qualifications:
- Ideally, 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industries
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferable)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is a plus but not required
- Valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel
- Reliable vehicle
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality and corporate wellness programs (preferable)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $70,000 per year
- Commission structure with potential to earn over $100,000 annually
- Actual travel expenses and mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
- Retirement plan (IRA) with company contribution available
