Job Description

Expond is seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. We're looking for a dynamic individual with a solid background in sales and ideally has experience in the High-end Hotel and Resort industry.

The Field Sales Representative must have a reliable vehicle, enjoy meeting clients in person and on the phone, and live in or near Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently.

Expond's cutting edge platform facilitates on-demand fitness experiences for hotel guests. We are the leading Wellness Outsource Provider for High-end Hotels and Resorts. Our mission is to help people achieve exceptional well-being and longevity.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Calling on High-end Hotels and Resorts to discuss the benefits of utilizing Expond services and how Expond can assist them.
  • Account Management and growing each Hotel or Resort's Wellness Programs.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calling, in-person visits, and email to schedule meetings
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and manage client relationships
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet/exceed targets
  • Train and support Expond Service Providers to improve conversion rates
  • Manage assigned territory, balancing field visits with virtual meetings
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
  • Negotiate contracts and assist with client onboarding

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industries
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferable)
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is a plus but not required
  • Valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality and corporate wellness programs (preferable)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $70,000 per year
  • Commission structure with potential to earn over $100,000 annually
  • Actual travel expenses and mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
  • Retirement plan (IRA) with company contribution available
  • Performance-based bonuses

Please note: Final in-person interview required. Offers are contingent on a reference and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
