Job Description: We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual candidate to work as an Inside Sales Specialist in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Japanese and English, with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales activities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing clients through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve any client issues or concerns.
• Translate sales materials and communications between Japanese and English as needed.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an insidesale or telesales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a bilingual or sales role is a plus.
