Company Overview: Award-winning Integrated Marketing Agency is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Account Executive with more than three years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media. Our headquarters are located in Old East Dallas, but we serve our clients coast to coast. Champion operates on a Hybrid schedule - 3 days in-office and 2 days WFH.
Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Account Executive will be responsible for leading day-to-day client relations, executing digital media strategies and tactics for multiple clients within the franchise development space. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, omni-channel integration and the ability to manage campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital media campaigns for franchise development clients, focusing on platforms such as META, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, and other paid media or organic social opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Franchise Development Digital Team to optimize sales funnels, email marketing and campaign performance.
- Create and launch email campaigns, develop automations and optimize CRMs
- Monitor daily campaign performance, manage day-to-day activities and ensure that all campaigns are aligned with client goals.
- Establish and meet deadlines by managing specifications for ad materials, working closely with the creative team to develop high-converting content based on past performance.
- Measure, optimize, and report on the results of paid marketing efforts using dashboards and analytics templates, ensuring all key performance indicators are tracked and communicated effectively.
- Manage task lists, meeting agendas, status updates and communication calendars across all digital clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Research and test growth strategies and advertising tactics to optimize spending and reduce cost-per-acquisition.
- Lead client calls, enhance client relationships, update status reports, and provide recaps with deliverables to Account Leads following all calls.
- Take initiative on tasks with minimal direction from management, identifying areas for performance or service improvement.
- Respond to client requests and proactively anticipate client needs, ensuring that all communication is clear, timely and actionable.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to ensure that clients' franchise or digital media strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Develop campaign and quarterly recaps that showcase the agency’s contributions to client’s marketing and business goals, providing insightful and actionable recommendations for future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Mastery of ad creative, copywriting, automation development, and platform management.
- Ability to lead 3-5 accounts with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
Preferred, Not Necessary:
- High-level knowledge of franchise development, including the sales and development process, trends, and best practices.
