Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Sales Support: Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide customers with additional information about new products and services that best suit their needs
Referral Generation: Generate new business by asking each customer for referrals.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess or be willing to attain a Property & Causality and/or Life & Health insurance license
- Bilingual - Spanish and English required
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
