- 6+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally including work within a smaller business
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical capabilities and strong attention to detail
- Accounting experience within a retail or distribution environment dealing with inventory-related reporting and analysis
